Shipping policy

Goetze's Candy does NOT offer expedited shipping, as it is cost prohibitive. Shipping charges are based on the weight of the entire order. We have a direct link to carriers and we are passing along their cost to you, we do NOT add additional fees.

You will receive an email when a tracking number is generated, however, it may take a day for the details to appear. The delivery time in parentheses is the time in transit from the date of shipment from our packing facility, not from the day you place the order and it is an approximation of when your order will arrive, NOT a guarantee.  Usually orders can be processed in a few days, however, we do not ship on the weekends or holidays.
